Just a note to let some of you know that as of June 2010 I will be dropping some of our members from the clan roster, servers and ventrilo. It has come to a time where we must insist that clan members help out with the expenses to operate.
I know that things are not the best economically around the world and I have tried everything I know to get the point across this is a group effort to make a place for all of us to enjoy. I have always enjoyed working up the servers and doing behind the scenes work to make our servers a place to enjoy and visit with our friends.
Unfortunately the same folks are always the ones who pay for this enjoyment including myself. I live on a very low fixed income and it is impossible for me to drop in between $100 and $200 a month to keep things running, so I have decided to streamline our clan to active donating members. We are looking to recruit new members who are willing to help out with the expenses as well as bring good spirit to the games.
Those of you who have not done your part are the only ones who will be losing out. You know who you are and NOW is the time to step forward and help out. The goal amount on the donations meter means nothing after the past year, keep the donations coming to pick up some of the past shortages that I have contributed each month. I have picked up the slack along with others who are not afraid to help out. I am in hopes that this will be the last time I have to bring up this subject and we can have a good time without worrying each month whether or not the clan will fold as I have seen many others do recently.
